WD Introduces MyCloud to Consumers

Do you have a handful to a large number of files stored in your computer that needs backing up?

In my case, I do have a huge files composed of photos, videos and documents. What do I do if my hard drive is almost full? I upload them to my online storage accounts and they're a couple. That's why I have to list down every account so I would know where to find which.

With this dilemma I encounter every now and then that I always take a lot of photos and compile videos (when I say a lot, it is A LOT!), storage has been one of my concerns. I remember losing important files just because my hard disk crashed. I almost cried for that.

Cloud services has been available but these kind of services don't come cheap or affordable for some consumers like me; for those who are budget conscious. And speaking of cloud services, Western Digital (WD) recently launched MyCloud. I got to try the actual app using an iPad. It's user-friendly and so far there was no hassle uploading the photos I took during the launch. I guess the uploading/downloading speed for every file would depend on your connectivity.
